This year I didn't celebrate my 40th as wild and crazy as I had originally planned...surfing in California, the spa at Camelback Resort in Scottsdale, a trip to Ibiza (to play) or Belize (to scuba). Instead, being 9 months pregnant I decided to do something a little more "low key"... dinner at my favorite Tex-Mex place, Pappacitos. :)
