The kids were with their Dad on Easter this year. I was sad and missed them lots...it just didn't "feel" like Easter to me without them!! They did have egg hunts at their Granmom & Big Daddy's house and with their cousins in East Texas. It's amazing to me how once you spend holidays with kids it doesn't seem as festive without them there! But, it IS still Easter and we should always celebrate the miracle of Christ's crucifixion for our sins and His resurrection. Thank you, God, for the gift of your Son! He LIVES!
